Promotional Code Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms govern the use of promotional codes, discount codes, and special offers ("Promo Codes") provided by BizSpot NY for business directory listing subscriptions.

By using a Promo Code, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Who Can Use Promo Codes

• Promo Codes are available to new and existing BizSpot NY customers unless otherwise specified
• Each customer may use a Promo Code only once unless explicitly stated
• Promo Codes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash
• You must have a valid account to redeem a Promo Code

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Unless otherwise specified, Promo Codes are valid for businesses located in and serving the New York City area.

3. How to Use Promo Codes

1. Enter the Promo Code during the subscription checkout process
2. Click "Apply" to validate the code
3. Discount will be reflected in your total before payment
4. Complete your purchase to activate the offer

💡 Note: Promo Codes must be entered before completing payment. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed transactions.

4. Types of Promo Codes

• Percentage off: Example "SAVE25" = 25% off first payment
• Dollar amount off: Example "50OFF" = $50 off annual plan
• First month free: Requires valid payment method; auto-renews after

Discount details are shown when you apply the code at checkout.

5. Restrictions

• One code per purchase: Cannot combine multiple promo codes
• One use per customer: Each code can only be used once per account
• Plan-specific: Some codes only work for Growth or Premium tiers
• Expires: All codes have expiration dates
• Case-sensitive: Enter codes exactly as shown

6. After Promo Period Ends

⚠️ Important: When your promo period ends, your subscription renews at the standard price. You'll get an email notification before renewal. Cancel anytime to avoid charges.

Example: "50OFF" gives you 50% off first year ($145 instead of $290). Year 2 renews at $290/year.

7. Prohibited Uses

Do not:

• Create multiple accounts to reuse codes
• Sell or resell promo codes
• Use codes with stolen payment methods

Violations result in account suspension and loss of discount.

8. Code Not Working?

Check:

• Spelling and capitalization (codes are case-sensitive)
• Expiration date
• Plan eligibility (Growth vs. Premium)
• Whether you've already used the code
